Our family has been in the chile business for more than 20 years. We recognize that using only premium ingredients results in the finest processed product. Growing chiles alongside the Mexican border in far West Texas has given us plenty of insight and perspective on the importance of authentic chile flavor in Mexican, Tex-Mex and Southwestern cuisine. That’s why we use only the freshest chiles available and process them direct from the field in our state of the art facilities so we can deliver the right level of heat to suit any palate.
